Meet our new Associate Director, Human Resources and Administration

Spencer is pleased to welcome Kellyn Gawel, Associate Director, Human Resources and Administration. Kellyn is an HR professional with 24+ years of experience driving strategic HR initiatives, fostering employee engagement, and optimizing leadership development across diverse sectors, including higher education and healthcare. Prior to joining Spencer, Kellyn most recently served as Director of Human Resources for the Crown Family School of Social Work, Practice & Policy at The University of Chicago. Kellyn holds a BA from Purdue University Northwest in Organizational Communication.
